This week, the children had a fantastic start as they split their time between two very different (but equally exciting) experiences.

Some of our pupils set off on residential, where they took part in a range of outdoor adventurous activities. From teamwork challenges to trying new skills and building resilience, the children embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm and courage.

Meanwhile, those who stayed in school enjoyed a creative week of their own. They worked together to bring the story of Hercules to life, creating masks and props to use in their performance. Their creativity and teamwork really shone through as they designed colourful pieces and performed with great energy and confidence.

At the end of the week, everyone came together to share their experiences. The children created and delivered thoughtful presentations, reflecting on what they had learned and enjoyed most. It was wonderful to see such confidence and excellent oracy skills as they spoke proudly about their adventures.

It was a truly special week — full of fun, learning, and memorable moments. We’re so proud of every child for the effort, teamwork, and enthusiasm they showed throughout.
